Return and Refund Policy

I make every effort to make your order to your specifications. Return and Refund are according to product:

Custom products ie, homecoming mums, or anything with a name on it are non refundable. Should you have a problem please contact me and we will go over the order together. When ordering  a custom product make sure you check everything you need, and spelling is correct.

All other orders you have 7 days to contact me for a full return.  After 7 days you can receive a store credit up to 14 days to be used in the store only.

 Return must be in original condition, with all tags attached.

 You must also specify reason for return. 

 Returns will be applied  to the original purchase type ex: credit card, or payment ap. It can take up to 14 days for a credit card to issue a return. 

All sale items or specials are non returnable.
